Terms of service

The ground rules for quotes, printing, distribution, and reporting on a DoorBlitz campaign.

1. About these terms

These terms of service govern your use of this website and any door hanger, flyer, or brochure distribution and printing services you order from DoorBlitz Distribution ("DoorBlitz", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or placing a campaign with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.

2. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

We do not publish rates on this website. All pricing is quoted per campaign in writing after we review your target area, quantity, piece size, printing needs, and timeline. Figures shared in conversation, email, or chat are estimates only and are not binding until issued as a written quote.

Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to quantity, territory, targeting depth, piece specifications, or schedule may change the price and require a revised quote.

3. Campaign minimums and capacity

Distribution campaigns start at a 10,000-piece minimum and we can scale up to 3,000,000 pieces. Larger volumes and multi-market rollouts are scheduled based on available crew capacity in each market at the time of booking.

4. Artwork, proofs, and printing

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you supply, including offers, disclaimers, pricing claims, expiration dates, license numbers, and contact information. You represent that you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos, photography, fonts, and trademarks you send us, and that your materials do not infringe any third party's rights.

When we print for you, production begins after you approve a proof. Approved proofs are final; we are not responsible for errors, typos, or omissions present in approved artwork. Printed color may vary slightly from what appears on a screen or from a prior production run.

5. Distribution scope and schedule

Pieces are hand-delivered to the door of each eligible address on the routes described in your quote. Addresses may be skipped where delivery is not permitted or not safe, including posted no-soliciting properties, gated or controlled-access properties, locations restricted by local ordinance, aggressive animals, active construction, or hazardous conditions.

We never place material in, on, or attached to a mailbox or mail slot. Delivery windows are targets, not guarantees; severe weather, local restrictions, and other conditions outside our control may shift a schedule. We will keep you informed if a schedule changes.

6. Verification and re-runs

GPS route tracking, breadcrumb reporting, and door photo documentation are available as an optional upgrade and are included only when your written quote says so. Where reporting shows a route was not completed as scoped, we will re-walk the shortfall at no additional distribution charge. Re-runs are our sole remedy for incomplete coverage.

7. Results and response rates

Any response rate, lift, or return figures discussed on this website or in a proposal are illustrative industry ranges based on past campaigns. They are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of the results your campaign will produce. Marketing results depend on your offer, creative, market, timing, competition, and follow-up, all of which are outside our control.

8. Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are stated on your written quote or invoice. Printing that has entered production and pieces already in the field cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellations before production may be subject to costs already incurred, including design, prepress, materials, freight, and crew scheduling.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected portion of that campaign. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of the content of your materials, your offers, or your compliance obligations, including intellectual property claims and claims under advertising, telemarketing, licensing, or consumer protection rules.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Website copy, layout, graphics, and design are our property or used with permission. Third-party brand names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear only to identify past campaign work; their appearance is not an endorsement of DoorBlitz by those owners.

Photography used on city and market pages is licensed stock imagery and is illustrative. It does not depict a specific customer campaign, address, or property unless stated.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The version posted on this page at the time you place a campaign applies to that campaign.
